We take a kitchen or bath down to the studs and build it back: layout, cabinets, counters, tile, fixtures, and the plumbing and electrical behind the walls. You pick finishes with us before demo starts, so the schedule holds.

Patios, screen rooms and additions

Covered patios, screen enclosures and room additions, drawn to the setback and permitted before we dig. The new roof ties into the house so it sheds water the way the old one does.

Commercial buildouts

Tenant improvements for offices, medical and dental suites, and retail. We work to your lease dates and your opening date, and keep the landlord and inspectors in the loop.
